Description
If you’re in the market for a 500, there can be an overwhelming amount of choice to wade through. At the time of writing this there are over 4,500 (!) examples currently listed for sale on AutoTrader. With that in mind, what makes this one stand out?
Well, to begin with it’s got a few enticing extras. Being a Sport model, its interior is further furnished with half-leather upholstery, leather trimmed steering wheel, air conditioning, the clever Blue&Me in-car media system and, on top of these usual enhancements, it even boasts the optional (and expensive) extras of rear parking sensors and a trick electric sliding glass roof. Outside the cute-factor is enriched by the chrome bumper pack, the original Italian-flag decals, front fog lights, the 15” Sport alloy wheels and it is all in remarkably clean condition. Everything is in full working order, all present and correct down to the genuine fitted mats and both keys. This has clearly been a cherished 500. Honestly, without looking at the speedo’, you’d easily have believed this car had done half the mileage (if not less); it is in such great condition.
More than just a pretty face too, its full service history also suggests it has been as well cared for mechanically as it has cosmetically. Just recently it has been lavished with new front brake discs and pads, new front tyres, a new suspension arm, new sump and a brand new full exhaust system. It is, of course, fully HPI clear and includes an MoT through to the end of October 2020 (with nothing alarming whatsoever on the history).
